In Every Tongue

Many of the comments I have received in this blog in some of the popular songs has been the submission of lyrics in different dialects. I have been blessed by them and I thank God that his praises traverses boundaries. I thought it was a good idea to collect the different translations – just the first verse and the chorus for now. The English translation is placed as the first paragraph and all available translations are then listed alphabetically.

To navigate, just place your mouse over the tab “In Every Tongue” and you should be able to view the lists of those songs that have multiple languages listed. Since this is an on-going project, new translations will be added as I receive/find them.

I sincerely hope that this blog is a blessing to you and will serve in enriching your praise to God, and that He gets all the glory.

Is it possible for the lyrics of “Hosanna” by Evelyn Wanjiru, or any of her songs really, to be posted. Even if there is no translation, just having the words written at least gives us an opportunity to do the research to learn. Much appreciated, keep up the good work!
